Poor Customer Service Fatworks
Whilst Fatworks supplies a premium product I don't think they can cope with demand. Their approach seems to be the customer should be ignored for as long as possible. No response to any inquiries . No response in their Instagram page or emails. Not good enough . I can see this company tail spinning out of the market .

The Best in their Field
I am very happy with Fatworks. Their quality is absolutely excellent and I had no issues with delivery. There was a slight issue with online response, but they eventually cleared it up immediately after I sent a whatsapp. I saw some people complaining about delivery and would like to state that most companies will have some hiccups along the way, patience and decency is a given in life, so just work out your issues, they are very understanding and have always dealt with me fairly and with respect. I recommend their products 100 percent and am grateful to have them in our country. Looking forward to any new ideas and products the offering. Their quality is by far the best in South Africa.

Feels like a **** - avoid
I placed an order over a week ago. Delivery should be 3-5 days. I whatsapped - not even delivered. I emailed - no reply. I messaged on Facebook - nothing. Interestingly they are still posting promotions on their facebook page. I commented on that. Nothing. Either they are having IT problems or they are ****ming. I see others have had similar experience. I will have to try and get the bank to reverse the transaction which was over R1000
