Zero effort or communication from this company

Worst service ever! My children's Christmas gift is still not delivered since it was ordered on the 7th of December. Worst part is that when you contact them their phones just rings until voice-mail, emails are never answered. Infact ZERO communication from their side even when you try as a customer they're still unavailable. It's the 28th Dec today I still can't get hold of them and they're not trying to reach me!!!
