Zero customer service

I have known about Hellopeter for many year but have never been that disappointed as to write about poor service until now. Fastway couriers simply don’t care that my parcel was not delivered on Monday 8 December 2025 despite claims it was. Apparently a temporary driver was supposed to have completed the delivery. I have been following up for three days to try and resolve the matter. Every time I get promises but no action. This afternoon I was cut off twice by call centre operators just refusing to deal with my frustration. I have asked for a manager with authority to phone me but never got a response. I now need to make plans to buy a new Christmas present for my wife.
