Zero Communication, zero delivery, zero stars!

Zero communication. I purchased something online and have been tracking my parcel diligently. Since the 8th Feb the tracking update is still the same: "the parcel is onboard the courier vehicle", with no subsequent update or change. I have tried the call centre - no answer, and if they do answer (10 Feb) I am promised a call with an update. No call or update received. Whatsapp tracking/customer service line is useless - I don't even think it works. Online customer service/chat also useless I don't think this works either. Emailing the customer service is also useless - no response. I am losing patience and faith in this courier company - absolutely PATHETIC customer service. Zero stars.
