Zero communication and absouletly poor service.

Please, no one use this courier service. Their drivers don't answer on the cellphone number provided on the website and their Cape Town depot phone goes straight to a "congest call" and dies straight away. I've had bad experience with them on multiple occasions but the now lack of communication is utter garbage. I'm also still yet to speak to someone on their chat feature and the whatsapp number doesn't seem active. It makes 100% sense why they only have 1 star here. So please don't support this terrible shipping company.
