They are the most useless courier service I’ve ever come across, on the 29th of November they collected my parcel from Platinum_skincare Pretoria, from the 30th to date 02.12.22 I’ve been receiving emails stating I must expect delivery with no deliveries made and have not been leaving the house incase they come to deliver, I called twice yesterday since there was no delivery and was told the driver will prioritise my delivery, I called today in the morning and spoke to Zukuli who advised she spoke to Nosipho the driver and advised my delivery will be prioritised and that they will call me and deliver today…no phone call and no delivery made….I’m not sure if this is how Fastway treat clients with utmost no respect consideration the parcel is some kind of treatment.
