<p>Problem is that you pay upfront for envelopes and then get no service and you can do nothing because you have already spend thousands. Collection times are not adhered to as per schedules provided. Collections for the morning are only collected in the afternoon. Delivery is not within shedules provided and often after hours which poses major security problems, delayed documents etc. Even contacting a manager does not help, they are just as ***********. Wait for 15 days to get feedback on a query / complaint for late delivery - still nothing</p>
