You will lose your things

This has to be the worst courier ever, very ********* and poor service. I have a package I expected from them in the week of the 14th November they did not deliver, yesterday 23/11 morning I received an email from them stating my parcel was received and signed for. Nobody contacted to confirm and the lady I spoke with Melody said George delivered it when I asked to who even the name given is not my name.
