You lost a laptop that was couriered to me

I had ordered a laptop, which you were responsible for couriering to me. I had expected that a reputable company such as yours would take due care and not be negligent or lose my parcel, given the parcel was logged and tracked on your systems. Transit was from Pretoria to Johannesburg, and you managed to lose it along the way. <br> <br> Until I phoned you post the loss to highlight non-delivery, you seemed to have no idea you had in fact lost it and not delivered it. Frankly, I consider this lack of knowledge as negligence.<br> <br> In hindsight, I should have taken insurance when transporting a R21 000 laptop through you.
