Wrong depot

Fastway Johannesburg depot sent my parcel to the wrong depot.. Needed to go to Polokwane they sent to George. They insisted there’s nothing I can do about it and they kept blaming the depots.. not willing to help or send parcel overnight. They say I must wait 3-4 business days to receive my parcel as they don’t do an overnight service but in fact they messed up ..no apology no effort to ensure the error is rectified asap no interest I must patiently wait for my parcel even tho their depot made a mistake
