WRONG ADDRESS & UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER JORDAN

My parcel was meant to arrive today. Jordan (fastway's driver) called and only let the line ring once then hung up, I immediately called him back twice and his phone was off, I was outside my gate and he wasn't there. 2 hours later I call him again and he says he was here and MAYBE he'll bring my parcel tomorrow. I called fastway customer care, the agent says the parcel was delivered and someone I don't know signed for it. Basically Jordan was lying about bringing my parcel tomorrow as he's had someone I dont know sign for it AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. My parcel is coming from Lola Lee Beauty, they provided Fastway my correct address (I verified this) but fastway decided to use their own and Jordan is still thinking about whether he'll bring me my parcel or not. Make it make sense??????
