Wort customer service

The worst customer service. I had been trying to pay vat and duty for my Temu package through the link provided by Fastway Couriers but to no avail. On Friday 23 January I tried again and found that my link had expired. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp chat and I can't get help there as well. They just say they will get you the next available consultant but the consult won't even chat with you. They just send you a text and when you try to respond you are taken back to menu.
