Worst/slow courier ever

HORRIBLE! Slow with no communication. Package ordered 10 days ago. Still nothing, and no updates on the website since a week ago. Package needed today as it is for a birthday. Now all plans are messed up. Please rename the company - Slow, no communication-way.
