Worste couriers around

On Wednesday I received a call comfirming my address and was told my parcel would be delivered Thursday. Thursday I received a call and was told my parcel would be delivered Friday. I told the man it must be before 3pm as I leave work at 3pm. He promised me it would be before 2pm. Well its now 17:30 and still no parcel. Not even a phone call today. And if you try phone the number that contacted me then it says the person at this extension is unavailable. Phone to track and trace and you sit on hold for an eternity. Phone the reception and sit on hold for an eternity. So I have yet to speak to anyone regarding my parcel. Now I must disappoint my clients because they have been sitting with my parcel for THREE DAYS!!!! This is absolutely disgusting to say the least.
