Worst timing I have ever experienced !!!!

0 star!!!!! No star even deserved ! I’m trying to understand how it is even possible to have my parcel in transit between jhb and east London since the 5th of Feb !!!!!! I have already ordered another parcel after that which has arrived in the country ! And has left jhb this morning with another courier !!!! And I really going to be receiving that one before ??? How are you even still contracted to companies even Temu and said in my prefer we notice you havnt received updates in a while !!!
