Worst than the Post Office

Order NA*** has been sitting in the drivers vehicle since 6am! Called at 16:45 to find out what's going on... Apparently the driver is on his way back to the depot and is done for the day... Couldn't find my address! Did you people not think to call me? Your company has the same mentality and business model of the post office! You have none!<br> Will I ever be getting my delivery? 2-4 day service going on to 7 days now!<br> You people must learn what customer service is and strive for it!
