Worst services and rude driver (door to corner side delivery)

Delivery guy refused to bring my delivery to my door. He said he will not come to the 2nd floor as the the left. We pay for door to door delivery not door to corner side.

He was also very rude. My WHITE neighbour also gets her thing delivered to her door not left at security.

If bringing thing to us as requested and paid for is something this driver can not do, please dont sent him for my deliveries.

My company uses your couriers a lot and this is not a good look.
