Worst service- 'WRONG DEPOT 'message!!!!!!!

Worst service ever! My package was apparently sent to the wrong depot TWICE! I've been waiting to get my package for a week now. All I'm saying is that the service is bad and surely many have complained to the suppliers. So these suppliers as well really need to consider the courier companies they use because this is not on! SO MUCH FOR "FAST" I had to make alternative arrangements and collect my own package yet I actually paid a delivery fee. :( I am really not happy at all.
