Worst Service received from Fastway Couriers

Bad service I received from the courier company, I bought my parcel from Hasp Appliance spare, and they dispatched my stuff the same day through Fastway couriers and was at the courier's depot in Witbank the following morning, by 9:00 the same morning my order was dispatched as per their tracking app( the delivery date on the tracking app showed the same day), but it did arrive, and I called them the following day in the afternoon, and they gave me the driver's number and I called him. He was so rude to me and told me if I need the parcel, I must meet him in town to get the parcel. I called their depot again and they told me that they can't help me so I need to wait but not confirming when I will get the stuff. My parcel is still with them, and I am not sure if they will ever deliver it.
