Worst service received

Worst service I've ever received, I am still waiting for my parcel that was sent over a week ago to be delivered to me. I called 3 times following up and everytime I speak to a different consultant who gives me a different story. The staff is just not bothered about the whereabouts of my parcel and told me I'll receive it when I do because they have backlog. This is very unacceptable as we pay for their service I mean the company is not doing me any favors here. I'm actually appalled about your lack of interest and concern for your customers. I will not be using your courier services again. Your staff needs serious training on how to treat their customers
