WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

This has to be the WORST service provider ever! They have an automated answering service when you call them, of which redirects you to their WhatsApp number which is unfriendly to use. It keeps repeating the same thing and no one ever comes back to you with feedback.

They need to come up with a better way of engaging with the clients.
