Worst service I have ever recieved from a company

Worst service ever! My parcel from Temu was already recieved by the Pretoria deport on the 25th of March ever since it have been moved between the North bay and the West bay and still no sign of delivery of my parcel just a new notification that is is been moved from North bay to West bay or West bay to North bay! Pathetic service. On there website it states that their office hours are till 17:00 on weekdays, I have been calling from 16:00 till 17:00 and got no answer. When I tried the WhatsApp line they just gave me the no answer number and left the chat/closed the chat before I could respond that it was not working! I will never recommend this company for anyone and would recommend that as soon as you see fastway is delivering your Shein/Temu package you request a transfer to a different company
