Worst service from Fastway? Couriers- nothing fast and effie ient

Ordered a parcel,it was picked upon 3 rd Novemeber 2023,i sent three emails on their webisite,only one was answered saying they investigate where parcel it and will get back to me.Today is the 10 th November,nobody,"got back to me" and parcel is in transit still.This is the worst experience I have had with couriers,we receive parcels weekly,and their service level agreement with both customers are shocking,still not in receipt of our parcel
