Worst service fastway should be cancelled in my opinion

Honestly..these ppl deserve a negative star rating ..fastway courier??more like slowway courier or unreliableway courier ....weeks ago an order from my merchant was delivered to the wrong address... I addressed the issue and was told they ll do a follow up they couldnt reach the driver responsible for the delivery that day..they said they ll escalate it to operatives..lady said she ll keep me posted ...till this day havent gotten an update .. lets not talk abt their landline...they never pick up...
