WORST SERVICE EVER!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Still waiting for my parcel!!! It's been in Richards Bay since the 4th of December and still not been delivered. Every time I contact them, they are either offline or they will contact the driver and phone me back (which never happens!!!!) The contact number they provided me with was for Urisha on ***. I will strongly recommend that they never make use of this company or get somebody else to manage the Richards Bay branch. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
