WORST SERVICE EVER OVER AND OVER

Since I started doing business with fastway couriers I was deliteded to find such nice people, with great attitudes and helpful friendly service needless to say THIS WAS NOT FASTWAY CAPE TOWN this compliment goes to FASTWAY POLOKWANE.<br> <br> well unfortunately I had to move to CT & was forced to start dealing with Fastway CT instead<br> Totally Horrific,Bad service an understatement!!! <br> 75% of the time they do not answer their phones, and if they do answer as soon as they transfer the call they cut you off.<br> 7 out of 10 times if you do log a collection they do not pitch, so I sit and wait until 5pm and no-one collects so obviously this makes my parcels late for their arrival and I have to deal with upset clients witch is not even my fault.<br> I even try to sent emails for the collection and I DO NOT even get a reply just to confirm the collection has been arranged.<br> Parcels that has to take 1/2 to 1 day delivery takes 5 to 6 days delivery.<br> the driver that is doing the delivery lies and they then deliver to wrong addresses and businesses making it my clients responsibility to run around searching for their stuff<br> This is not a once off problem I have complained about this from November
