Worst service ever

Worstel experience ever. My parcel got sent to the wrong place. No update, no communication. Trying to find out where my parcel is and whats happening to it were impossible nobody answered phones. Then finally we received an email but really no answer at all. Then got ahold of someone els she tried to get me answers but still nothing. I asking how I will be compensate for inconvenience I got silent treatment. Then today after 2 weeks I received my parcel with not a much as a we are sorry. I will never use them again.
