Worst service ever !

I ordered jewelry from ML edition & used fast way. It has been more than 6 days & my parcel has not been delivered. When I try to contact them on WhatsApp no response. When I try to call them they put me on voice mail. Worst service,I wouldn’t recommend Fast way to anyone.
