Worst Service Ever!

Bad service from cape town somerset west delivery and their staff do not want to assist. I spoke to Candice and Davon and they said there is nothing they can do since my parcel cannot delivered today and I need my parcel very urgently today 01/11/2019. They don't even deserve this 1 star - that's being too generous.
