WORST SERVICE EVER

Pachage number 2G*** and SMS said package were collected at Pretoria to Witbank and since this morning 07h45 on its way to Cullinan. Several phone calls said package on his way 14h00 and again phone call 16h35 will be delivered before 12h00 tonight???? There no way I am going to sit awake at night and be in danger going out to get my package.
