WORST SERVICE EVER!

Not happy with this company. So I called yesterday, just to let them know, that at a certain time I will not be at home, as I don't want to waste their time and out of courtesy. So the delivery man told me that I should phone him, when I am heading into town and then I can meet him in the area at where he will be at the time. ( thinking it a bit of cheek, since I paid to get it delivered to my address.) Phoned him when I was there and told I was there and told him to hurry, since I have another appointment, phoned him twice and to tell him I can't wait long, only to be told I am on my way and dropping the phone in my ear. I could not wait longer and had to leave, where after I got cheeked over the phone for not waiting. Wanting to take it up with the branch, firstly you hold on forever and when you finally do get through and want to speak to the manager the phone drops in your ear, or you phone call just doesn't get answered at all. Finally spoke to someone and they spoke to driver and told me that my package will be delivered after three and guess what three came the afternoon and till date still no package. Worst service ever and will not recommend anyone to use this company. I am going to take this up with the supplier as well.
