Worst service ever

Fastway is the worst courier service ever, their customer service deserves a zero. My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 15th of Nov 2023. Next thing I received an email that my parcel has been returned.i called the call centre and I was told that I didn't answer my call and i was never called to get the parcel...I am so bored because the service is terrible.
