worst service ever

As a supplier i decided to give fastway a try due to busy season. Our goods were delivered damaged no one took time to explain claiming process. Managers do not return calls they ignore your calls and messages. Parcels that were promised to be delivered Thursday was simply dumped at office and they ignored calls thereafter not one message was rep**** to after. I put a complaint in at the head office and they simply ignored me. I will never recommend their services, vehicles are broken so a delivery from pietermaritzburg takes a day only next day delivery parcels can't be collected in mornings only afternoon when a turban driver fetches a pietermaritzburg delivery guy makes no sense at all. I have lost customers have nasty messages from customers all due to slack service from this supplier. Once you paid them they don't care no customer service at all. I hope someone can bring this to the franchise managements attention never had such bad service in my life
