Worst service ever

I received the worst service from Fastway Rustenburg branch. I ordered shoes from Selfast and they read my direction wrong and sent them to Thabazimbi on the 26/07/2018.I called them and the driver was so rude and he even dropped the phone on me,he told me that he dont deliver my area he will send the parcel back to the depot. I called the depot and they said they will get back to me. I called them today on the 27/07/2019 at atound 9 in the morning and they said they are busy sorting it out. I called at 15 they told me that the driver has taken the parcel out and gave me the driver's number.

I called the driver and he told me that he dropped the parcel back at depot in the morning at around 9,I called back the branch and they told me that the driver has left there is nothing they can do the parcel will only be delivered on Tuesday. I called Selfast were I ordered and they called them and what really ****ed me is that they **** and said they called me today and I didnt answer which is not true. They called yesterday hence I called back and even today in the morning. Is this how Fastway operate or they dont give the franchisee expectations? What kind of service is this were they even tell lies?
