Worst service ever!

I had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with Fastway Couriers and Lwelyn. Parcel for delivery on the 30th March, loaded as unable to deliver. Tuesday morning 31st March at 07:00 I get a call advising me that the delivery will be done at 09:30 at my office. After waiting for 30 min, no delivery. Calling Lwelyn asking what happened he apologized and said he will call when he is at the office. 15:30 no delivery, I call again. Lwelyn advised he was at my office at 13:00 for another delivery but had no airtime to let me know he is there although he admitted he could send a please call me. His attitude stinks and makes your company look bad. I want my parcel delivered!
