Worst service ever

<p>I booked a parcel to be picked up from my house to Witbank 95km away from me. First off they gave me the wrong info. </p> <p>Secondly i didnt get a tracking number for the parcel i sent or even a document to sign to proove that they picked up the parcel. </p> <p>I followed it up the next day for it was a next day delivery. The lady who assisted me to collect the parcel sent me a snotty e mail to say she cant help it if im unhappy with the service.</p> <p>The parcel was still in Centurion, </p> <p>I ended u phoning head office in johannesburg. They could give me the owner or manager in centurions tel no because thye only work on e mails. </p> <p>I eventually found the owners number in Centurion on the internet and contacted him.</p> <p>The branch phoned me back and said they do have the parcel there even though it should have been delivered already and that it would be delivered today.</p> <p>Today the system still said the parcel hasnt been scanned at all.</p> <p>I phoned the branch to confirm if the parcel was sent out to Witbank but once again could not be put through to a manager of any kind. Once again they only work on e mails even though they work in the same building. </p> <p>I phoned head office again to ask them what is happening and were told the owner hasnt responded on the e mail yet and thewy would get back to me.</p> <p>Needless to say I have an extremely unhappy customer on the other side who thought i stole his money for his parcel did not arive and i could confirm anything.</p> <p>Head offce did not phone me back. The number in centurion and Witbank only rings and nobody answers.</p> <p>So this afternoon i phoned head office again and were told it is not there problem if the parcel is not delivered it is the branches problem but there are no phone lines an nobody answers the e mails.</p> <p>I requested a cell number and were told it doesnt work that way and if i want to put it on hello Peter or even Carte Blance i must send their greetings to them. guys i want to advise you to not use these guys under any circumstances. Their service is terrible . They have no customer service not ethics or anything positive at all.</p> <p>In short their service is about 5000 times worse than the post office.</p> <p>What is happening in this place.</p>
