Worst service ever!

<p>I ordered a parcel from Getthis based in Durban that took only one day to get to Pretoria and then Fastway couriers kept my parcel on the Courier vehicle for A WHOLE WEEK!! I phoned every day to get promises that it will be delivered before six that day and that they are actually on their way to us. The area manager also put the phone down in my ear more than once, she was rude and at one time said it has already been delivered. I said I am not using them again and she rep**** that it is good news. I also caught her lying because she couldn't keep her story straight! I will never use them again! </p>
