Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Delivery guy calls me around 7:00 in the morning asking if I could meet him halfway to get my parcel. On top of that lies about calling and not getting hold of me. Delivery guy is very rude and hangs up call while I am still talking to him also threatened to take my parcel back to centurion if I don't come collect it. We pay fastway so that they deliver to our door step. Why do I have to meet him in the street to get my parcel.
