WORST "SERVICE" DELIVERY EVER

If I could rate it a minus 5 I would. Parcel showing delivered and signed for by a person I do not even know, but I have still not received my parcel. They promised to prioritize the delivery as we have a depot in town, from 08h30 until 15h00 there has still not been as delivery and NO feedback to go with it. Absolutely poor. I would never recommend any company to partner with them. And their communication channel is absolutely useless with NO agents getting back to you!
