Worst service

Fastway courier service is just a nightmare; they should learn from Courier Guy how to treat customers. Some delivery guys like Keletso from Rustenburg don't have good customer service. Since I called in the morning to make arrangements for delivery as there's no one in the house. He says he cannot deliverto the new address which not even far from the original address. When I ask him what will happen to the parcel he says it will be delivered to the original address on Monday. Meaning I will never get the parcel as im away for a long time. And their operation hours is from 8 to 5. But they pick up the staff at 06h00.
