WORST SERVICE BY THE MOST *********** COURIER COMPANY IN SA!!!!

I have been calling fastway to delivery my parcel, I spoke to Phuti who assured me that my parcel will be delivered. The agreed date came and they never delivered. A guy called me and promised he would be an afterhour delivery but that never happened. I spoke to Ann on WhatsApp, she ghosted me. I spoke to Bontle last week Wednesday on Instagram and she said my parcel was prioritized and will be delivered soon but no one came. My parcel now shows it was delivered and signed for but they can't tell me by whom.

I called their call center and spoke to Ann twice, requested to talk to her manager, the first call she said the managers are in meeting, the second call she said she is putting me through but disconnected the call.

I spoke to another lady who said a manager will call me, it is now 3pm and no one called.

These people do not care about customers, they are quick to drop the line but slow to answer on their social media platform. They are really pretentious and they act the same. MAKE PROMISES BUT NEVER DELIVER.

They offered a DISGUSTING SERVICE and don't recommend them as a courier of choice because honestly their name is misleading, they should be called SLOW WAY. I am DISSATISFIED and WANT MY PARCEL.
