WORST SERVICE

Ordered a parcel from Mr Price. Received notification that it will be delivered Wednesday 7 February 2024. Fastway said tthe parcel is out for delivery. This is not the first time I ordered from Mr Price and I always use the same address. Suddenly Fast way cannot find my address although it is very easy. Thursday I call. They will deliver before 16:00. NO DELIVERY. I call again Friday morning. NEO from Fast way says they cannot find fhe address. I explain and yes he knows exactly where it is and he will send the driver. I will have it before 16:00. I call afain at 13:30. Yes he says. It will be delivered before 16:00. And this after he confirmed 3 times he knows where the address is. The driver never called once asking about the address. Amd I still have not received the package. I am furious. Worst service ever
