Worst service and communication from courier ever!

This is the worst courier experience I have ever had! I wan not able to receive the parcel. The driver tried calling me twice while he was at the gate. I made numerous attempts to call him back as well as sending smses - no of which were answered or responded to. I tried contacting Fastway Cape Town and the number just rang. I used their website chat feature and after a whole day of waiting for "a friendly customer service agent" to assist me - nothing. Exactly the same on their WhatsApp facility. On day four I eventually got someone on the phone who said the parcel was being returned to the send because it was in the wrong colour satchel for a outlying area. Today I get a call saying the parcel has been sent back and that they only make one attempt to deliver. Have never head such poor services, pathetic communication and then a nonsense response like that.
