WORST SERVICE!!!

I ordered some stuff online from one of my favorite stores. They updated me on my order, and informed me that it had been handed over to the courier for delivery (Fastway Couriers Johannesburg). The Courier then informed that my delivery was out for delivery and i was to receive it during the same day. 5days later i still haven't received my delivery, and cannot even track it. I phoned several times, and i'm either put on hold for 15minutes, or told they will call me back. One of the agents told me the driver is not reachable. The Manager refused to talk to me because she had no update for me. This is utterly shocking!
