Worst service

My order had no updates for 3 days and then on day I get a notification stating that the driver attempted to make a delivery and tried to call me. How would I have known that driver is coming if there were no updates shown accurately so I would have been able to answer my phone. Now I’m sent an email to confirm my address on their website but when I do there isn’t an option to do so ?? I just want my package and it honestly can be this hard. You guys need to do better on keeping clients updated wiyh when their packages are going to be delivered. This has been a stressful week as I needed that order for something important !
