Worst service

You guys offer the worst service i am so disgusted been waiting on parcel since last week ,you guys don't even have the courtesy to at least call the client to provide details of when to expect the delivery. No sms for a tracking number whatsoever , and ohh how can i forget the customer care line that i called and waited listening to stupid music for a good 15 minutes two days in a row with no answer .Im so disgusted
