WORST SERVICE

This is the worst courier company ever! I bought an item from one day only on the 2nd of December 2019 and expected delivery was 5-10 days. When I check with the courier company, I am told the driver came on 17th December 2019 at 12 noon and took a picture of the building to show he was at my work place??!! my question is, why didn't he come inside, how would I know there is someone standing outside, when you can just walk into the building and ask the receptionist for me or even leave the parcel there. The lady I spoke to was SO RUDE, telling me she has a picture right in front of her, and I do not have the picture on my side. I do not know why One Day Only is even using such *********** company.
