Worst service !!!!

I have called four times today regarding my delivery.

When tracking it, it states he attempted delivering but no one came and no call was made.

The consultants I spoke, were not helpful.

The first consultant promised that the driver will call me but nothing happened. They confirmed the driver will be passing my area by 2pm which was not true.

The consultants confirmed that the deliver cannot be made for today and the product I need delivery for is important.

I cannot wait any longer for the delivery as the driver ****.

Part of the calls I made, the consultants said that the address cannot be found, the other consultant also confirmed the same thing and the last one was able to find the address.

The driver’s reason for not delivering is unclear as I can see the gate from inside the house and no delivery had taken place nor did he attempt to deliver.

This is the worst service from a courier company and lacks the professionalism to be in this kind of business. These are not packages, it’s people’s lives.

I hate the service and will no longer use it again.
