WORST SERVES OF MY LIFE

A friend of mine sent me a package through Fastway Couriers November last year and by December I was wondering where my package was, so naturally I contacted the company to find out and it has been an up hill battle since then. First they said it was dropped off at 6:00am which is not when my office is open and then it was 7:30am, either way my offices only open at 8am. But the package was signed by someone that does not even work in my office and when I told them that they said they'd send someone out to see where the package was.... that was three months ago. I have since contacted them multiple times through email, calls etc and I just do not get an answer. I have asked them for a refund multiple times and I get ignored and sent from person to person. The people whom I do get to actually speak to me are extremely rude and I have come to the point where I do not know what to do to get this company to do their job. I am extremely shocked by this clear neglect of serves.

10/10 will never be using this company ever again and will not be recommending anyone use them.
