Worst reception and customer service

The Welkom branch has THE most unprofessional, rude staff I have ever encountered in my life. The lady (receptionist, Johanna?) that works there, shouts on the phone for you to collect your parcels from them NOW - at 18:00 on a Friday evening (because they called once, and you did answer, but they disconnected the call and ypu are not to collect on Monday) after paying Woolworths a delivery fee... throws parcels over the fence when collecting. This individual is doing your company serious damage, I have reported this incident to Woolworths as well - this is severely scarring their image. Horrible.
